Consistently Great Cuts at Dynasty. I’ve been going to Dynasty since 1984! The 1st two stylists have since retired. Now I book with Maria from Puerto Rico. She does a great job every time!

There has never been a more overdue review than this one! I've been going to Laura since I was a teenager. She's seen me in all phases of hair: the bangs, short hair, long hair, black box hair dye (oof, that was a rough one), platinum blonde hair, and fried up locks from an unhealthy obsession with my hair straightener. Now well into my 30s, I cannot imagine going to anyone else. Laura is an incredibly dynamic hairdresser. She takes time to listen to my vision, helps me to consider a variety of options, and always, always, always gives me a 100/10 hairstyle. Dynasty Hair Salon, and especially Laura (!), are Annandale's best kept secret.

One thing the salon information does not say, but needs to say is that, while they accept credit cards for services, you cannot tip using your credit card. So remember to bring some cash for the tip you will most certainly want to give the stylist. I've been seeing Laura at Dynasty for my color needs for many years. She does a perfect job with my low-lights (plus a bit of highlights) for many years. She also does a lovely blow-dry on my hair as well. Strangely, during this time, I've cycled through a number of folks cutting my hair in other salons, but I've finally decided to have Laura cut my hair tomorrow! I have a feeling that I will wonder why I waited so long.
