Jack came out to check a sliding door that was leaking in heavy rain. I liked his approach, which was to try the simple fix first instead of jumping to the “you need a whole new door” conclusion. He was prompt and came when he said he would. I will definitely call him again when needed.

I am very happy with Jack and his team’s service at my house. I had a window replacement. They arrived exactly on time and fulfilled my expectations based on the estimate. My window had been on order and during that time my dad had a problem with his window and the window facing. I called to see if whatever day they replaced my window, could they also look at my dad’s window. The same day they replaced my window, they not only checked my dad’s window, they repaired it on the spot! I recommend this company.

Overall my experience with this company was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future and will be using them again. They were always on time. They were always professional. Jack (the owner) has a great team working for him. They went above and beyond. The told me it wasn't every day they get to change the whole back wall for someone but it definitely looked like they have the experience of doing it. The few things I had on my mind to comment on, Jack knocked it out before I could even say anything. I can't recommend them enough!
