We hosted my sons third birthday party at Flat Creek Farm and I can not recommend it more. Caitlin was quick to respond and made the planning easy. The barn had plenty of picnic tables/seating and even a trash can! We had about 10 kids under 3 and every single one had a blast. The animals were friendly and clean (appeared to be well loved). Their was a staff member there the whole time who taught the kids how to feed the animal. She also drove the barrel train, which was a big hit with the kids. She was amazing and allowed the kids to ride the train as many times as they wanted.
If you are looking for a laidback birthday party that will wear out your children, 100% recommend Flat Creek Farm. The party was in the middle of summer, it was hot, but lots of tree coverage which made it bearable. I do recommend bringing a bottle of hand sanitizer.
Hands down the best riding and equestrian facility in Amelia and surrounding counties. Ms Sue is the best in teaching from the basics to the more advanced riders. If you're looking for a place to start your riding lessons and experience, Cranberry Acres is definitely the choice you should consider.

Though I had nursing experiences before this one was such a tough and helpless feeling for our family, your compassion, & wisdom, amongst other things help us pull it together, though things seemed rough we would all pull through, explaining options/resources/ techniques/ and letting me know being overwhelmed is normal, letting me know it doesnt make me a bad person its makes me human. Our family thanks all of the team should we ever need help again we know where to go!
