I absolutely had a great time. This was my first ever Yoga class and I couldn’t be happier…the studio is modern and very clean. I took the Yoga 101 class taught by Laura. The instruction was slow at a beginners pace and Laura gave clear/simple directions on how to achieve each pose. I feel as though my Yoga journey has started in the best possible way!
Excellent experience. Instructor is extremely knowledgeable and allows everyone to work with their own body mechanics and limitations. Its an inviting atmosphere with positive, kind staff.
Had an amazing and fiery class with Brie today and it left me feeling so energized and ready to tackle the day! I love yoga shala and the beautiful community feeling here. What a blessing to have this place so close to home!
