Elite RV Repair and Service is a business with over 40 years of experience that prioritizes customer needs. They offer a wide range of services including 5th wheel installations, air conditioner repairs, axle flips, brake repairs, bumper hitch installations, and many more. The staff at Elite RV are known for their friendliness and responsiveness to customer inquiries.
Customers have shared positive experiences, noting that the team completed work as requested and on time, which is rare in Northern Nevada. They appreciated that the staff took the time to explain all the work and answered all questions thoroughly. One customer praised Craig, the owner, for diagnosing and fixing a trailer's brake problem within a day, highlighting his responsiveness and friendliness.
Another customer needed a stronger suspension frame on their 5th wheel. The team identified that the factory-used frame was cheap and weak, causing issues. They fixed the suspension problems efficiently, even when the customer was out of state, showing their reliability and good value.
Recently, Craig and his team installed the Vroom Slide System on a large slide of a 2014 Thor Palazzo 36.1. The upgrade was highly praised, with customers calling it a game changer and noting the outstanding workmanship and professionalism of Dustin and Rusty.
Overall, Elite RV Repair and Service is a trusted business with knowledgeable and friendly staff, consistently providing top-notch service for RV needs.
We had a vroom system installed in our 5th wheel Jaco by Elite RV Service- Wood Cross Utha. Everything went super easy. Rusty was super knowledgeable on everything, explained the manual override, if we would ever needed it. Craig and Gage were super knowledgeable, as well. Will we be back at the end of the month and be adding an extra air conditioner. Access to their plant is super easy to get in and out can't recommend them enough. 5 plus in our book.
We took our RV in to get a Vroom slide system installed and are so glad we found Elite RV. They did the job in a day and a half, the fast turnaround was much appreciated with us driving in from Idaho. Craig was great, he got the specs for our RV and called back a day or two later to get us scheduled to come in. Rusty, who did the installation, was fantastic, he was thorough in his explanation of the new system, answered all our questions, and did a fantastic job, the new system looks great. Highly recommend!
We appreciated Elite RV installing a Vroom system for our slideout on our 16' Lance trailer. Rusty did the work and was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions. We are happy campers again!
