You should not make an appointment with their online scheduling, I made an appt online with their book now option. They don't even bother with that, I called to verify my appointment and he was unaware that you could make appt with online website, said he was booked out a week, poor service with appt app online, Go with some else who checks their websites or use it at least,
The guy did a great job on the carpet. The price was acceptable. I would way rather do it myself but my property makes you show a receipt that you has them professionally cleaned. And they looked really good after he did them. He was very personable and communicative. Overall it was pleasant working with him.
