My A/C went out on a Sunday at the begging on the hottest week of the year. A certain well known company that advertises sameday service couldn't get here until Friday! My house was 85 degrees inside! Mark was recommended to me on the Nextdoor app. He was a few streets over on a call and came to my house right after. He was very friendly and I could tell he was an expert. He was upfront about everything he did. He explained the problem and what would be required to fix it and gave me pricing before I agreed to anything. Long story short, its before noon on Monday and my A/C and is working! Mark is my new HVAC guy!

Mark came within an hour and had the issue figured out and resolved in under an hour. Turns out our furnace filter, which I had changed a few weeks ago was clogged with drywall dust, from finishing our basement. This limited the airflow, which made the AC condenser ice over, and then nothing was working right! Mark said we could’ve changed the furnace filter every day while the Sheetrock was being hung and the drywall was getting sanded. I needed a filter (mask) downstairs, I should’ve thought about the furnace needing a fresh one! Mark gave us lots of great suggestions on free things to do to improve our airflow. He was awesome.
