I met Dr. Gohar for help to do some lip filler correction and I'm so pleased with my lips now! She's so knowledgeable, kind, and truly took the time and care to talk through a plan with me. She took before and after pictures and determined the best kind of filler to use for my age, which I'm thankful for since that's not my expertise. My first experience of lip filler at another place left me feeling like it was done in a rush and dissolved pretty quickly and unevenly, so I wanted to find a business that would make me feel confident in what the end result would look like and Nuance Aesthetics was that place! The MD also drops in to check with you, which I think is awesome. Overall, 10/10. I would recommend!“

“I just happened to find Lex, the proprietor of The Cat House SLC waxing studio, a few weeks back on Instagram (turns out her studio was only 2.5 miles away in the LIV Salons Bldg.,) and decided to pull the trigger on full manzilian and manjacial...my first ever. I took advantage of her special Halloween deal pricing and booked the appointment by 31 October. But the unique upside with Lex was that she didn't charge more for men than women! I've seen some studios charge upwards of 33% more to wax a male...so that was what hooked me!I showed up yesterday and was immediately comfortable being around her and her nicely decorated studio suite (yes, images of cats are everywhere as one would expect. ) I've also been enjoying her crazy, clever, and humorous sales graphics/adverts on her website and Instagram sites as they are a real kick to read. Lex was just like an old friend that I'd known for years, I was THAT comfortable around her.In fact, I learned more about skin, skincare, and waxing from her in just this one appointment than all the research I've done over these many years...all while getting up the courage to pull the trigger on my first wax! Lex is a wealth of knowledge on the subject and offers a complete array of esthetic services and 'cosmeceuticals' for her clientele...besides just waxing.My manzilian went as expected...and yes, a few of the 'pulls' stung like a biotch. But Lex's use of a cold damp cloth really helped extinguish the burn, so to speak. She used both a soft wax and a special hard wax - both made for men - on me, and it was over before I knew it. Then came the manjacial which was soothing and helped further cool any hotspots that remained. All in all, it was a great 1st waxing and exactly what I expected. However, what made it special was the conversation between us during the entire appointment. Her process and product knowledge, professionalism, and warmth really make it a wonderful experience. Five stars for quality of service, expertise, care, and personality. Thanks, Lex!P.S., Lex even sent me these two follow-up images...personalized for me.“

She's funny, down to earth and she is amazing at her job. I've never done an acupuncture before and honestly can't wait to do one again! Also the micro needling she offers, is incredible! I kept getting told how glowy my skin looked! In a field that can feel really superficial at times, she def makes you forget about that, you zone in to you, take care of you and feel great on the inside and glow physically from the outside. “I saw Jessica every two weeks for about a year. she changed my life! I fought acne for 5+ years before I found her. My acne is non existent if I follow the skin care routine she gives me. She always takes her time in our appointments. She’s so thorough, she makes sure to ask me questions like what do I eat, how much do I sleep, etc. all things that can affect your skin. Plus, she is so fun to talk to and so enjoyable to be around! My before and after always makes me feel so happy.“
“Went in Friday night with a friend. Staff is very friendly boutique area is very cute. Loved the chocolates and tea. A good variety of skin care and other products to choose from. My stone massage was wonderfully relaxing. I do think next time, I'd like to add on more time to incorporate some deep massage. No fault of the therapist. She was amazing. Just an observation and edit I will make with my next booking. The esthetician was good. I would have, however, loved a little more focus with the facial and less of all the extras. It seemed like she wanted to use everything in the room. I would of however loved a little more time spent with hand, arm, face, neck, and / or leg massage. All in all, it's a wonderful way to spend the evening, and I will definitely be back to try some other services.“
