I chose to write a review because I was really happy with the plumber getting the toilet installed quickly in less than an hour after a less than stellar experience with another contractor. He also took the time to ensure the seal was put correctly, unlike my previous experience when leakage became an issue shortly after.
This was a great surprise because I had to call the plumber twice before to clean the sewage. Not only did he clean the sewer this time but he talked to me for 30 minutes on what I should do to prevent such incidents in the future. The visit was under an hour and considerably quicker than my previous encounters. It allowed me to comprehend the main reason better.
Jim showed up on time and the work exceeded our expectations. First started using Old School over 20 years ago and never had a thought to call anyone else.
May not be the cheapest, but definitely you get the most for your money.
