Let me start off by saying I'm not one to write reviews but feel compelled to do so. I have neglected filing my taxes for the last several years and was fearful of getting them done. H&R block has outrageous fees and I called Leticia's Taxes and set up an appointment with Iliana M who was an angel! She demonstrates excellent customer service and provided me insight and a better understanding of the overall process. Iliana took the time to ensure I understood what the next steps were and I felt relieved after everything was said and done. Thank you Iliana for giving me peace of mind!

I started looking into places that did taxes and I wanted to make sure I was making the correct choice when doing so. After reading various reviews and checking a few places online I found Leticia's tax services. I called and booked an appointment. They were very friendly and clear as to what I needed to bring and even called the day before to remind me of the appointment which was nice. I arrived and was instantly greeted and seated. Iliana was such a joy to work with. She helped my husband and I understand what was going on with our taxes and W-4 forms which I very much appreciate. She is bilingual which is a plus! My first time here and They gave me an appointment at 8pm on the last day of filing and the lady was super nice and all others seemed to be humble people. Thank you for accommodating me and I will be back next year.
