Brett came out to check my plumbing. He was amazing and thorough.

Will came out to check the HVAC system. Just like Brett, he was awesome!

I highly suggest this company. They’re quick, honest, and not pushy! Please give these guys a raise or at least a fruit basket!!

Update: Ben came out for a system check. He cleaned the system, communicated great, and was a delight. Everyone that’s come out to my home has been great.

Golden Rule is an excellent company to work with and will definitely use their services in the future. They are honest and give you a fair price in equipment. A big thanks to Jaxon and his team, Will and Ben, for doing the installation. I couldn't have asked for a better, more respectful team. Aaron was awesome too, for working with me on the product and numbers and being so resourceful to let me use one of their loaner room air conditioners over the weekend until they could install on Monday. Seriously, if you want a company with honest, good, respectful people to work with, this is your HVAC company...Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed!

We originally asked for an estimate for a soft water attachment for our tankless water heater. Ben and Brody came quickly (by appointment) and viewed and discussed our wants and needs. They were very informative without being pushy. We had questions about some other plumbing problems and they went out of their way to examine those problems and explain some alternatives. Brody wrote up individual costs for each project and allowed us to choose which things we most wanted and would fit in our budget. We were very pleased with how they conducted themselves, and are now looking forward to having the work done.
