I really like the great clips located in west valley. Every time I come into this location I’m greeted with hi Maria, how are you doing, and always make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. With that being said I value being asked what are you looking for today, not following what a piece of paper says and really learn what my likes and dislikes are and taking the time to give a haircut I like. I do NOT like if I’m put in a chair hair shaved and takes 5 minute and feel like your only job is to get me out of the store fast as possible. That’s not how you should run a business.
