Mr. Zackery Daniels looked in all the areas where bugs could enter our home and suggested fixes to protect our 4yo roof and solar panels. He even offered interest free finance options. The home inspection he did was included with our exterior pest control service.
Chuchi was very helpful with me today. She assisted with all my questions and guided me to the next representatives. She was very friendly, courteous and professional in leading me to the next CSR. She understood our dilemma and checked on what she could do to help us during our financial crisis. When she came back from her call to the manager, I basically found out I had no other options but to pay, even though we're broke thanks to all of the Dems. I would continue to use the service if not for that.
Tim is the agent who I talked to over the phone to update my credit card or payment information. He was very courteous and walked me through the procedure. He repeated the information back to insure it was correctly processed. Very courteous and helpful
