I was looking for some balusters to replace a few broken ones in my home. For such a tiny project (literally 3 balusters), Norm spent time on the phone with me and emailing back and forth to understand what I was looking for. He looked for the most cost effective options and spent time trying to find a viable match for me. I so appreciate the time he spent helping me understand what my best options were. I am the owner of a cabinet shop and I have used Bringard for many years. They have a great product and fantastic customer service. In addition, they are just good people. Several years ago, a dear friend of mine and his wife lost their 2 year old boy after over a year long battle with cancer. I was asked to build the casket for this sweet little guy and when I went to Bringard and explained what I was doing, they would not take any money for the parts I needed and cheerfully donated everything. That small act of kindness will never be forgotten.

I would recommend Bringard Millworks a million times over, the staff is so friendly, it’s a great environment and easy to find what you're looking for! If you DON’T know what you’re looking for the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful!Don’t waste your time and go anywhere else, I promise you won’t regret going here! ☺️☺️☺️
