Bare Energy Healing LLC, led by Susan, is a business that focuses on energy healing. Susan has been studying energy healing since 2001 and has been a certified healer since 2016. She specializes in helping people achieve their personal goals by addressing the energetic blocks that may be causing illness, anxiety, and stress. Susan is known for her upbeat and respectful approach, as well as her knowledge and expertise in the field.
The main modality used by Susan is B.E.S.T. (Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique), of which she is a certified practitioner. She also utilizes Pranic Level 1 healing. The B.E.S.T. technique aims to reconnect the body's circuitry through pressure point therapy, allowing the body to repair and rebuild. This method can be helpful for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, and trauma.
During a session with Susan, she may use muscle testing to identify specific issues and suggest self-healing techniques, such as breath work and mental focus training, to remove blockages from the nervous system. These practices can be done during daily activities and do not require a significant amount of time.
Susan's approach is gentle and non-force, addressing the cause of issues rather than the symptoms. It is a drug-free and surgery-free method of treatment. Bare Energy Healing LLC's services can also help prevent the onset of mental, emotional, or physical health conditions by correcting nervous system function.
Overall, Susan and Bare Energy Healing LLC have received positive reviews for their helpful and empowering services. Those who have worked with Susan have reported feeling deep shifts and a reduction in subconscious blocks, negative projections, stuck emotions, and anxiety. It is clear that Susan is dedicated to the progress and success of her clients and takes pride in the work that she does.
Susan has been a great help in my healing process! She has been able to help me unlock and release stored emotions that have been buried for years. I can feel a difference that the work has made in my daily life. My mind does not store emotional situations the same anymore. I feel lighter, calmer and am able to stay positive even when life has challenging situations. Thank you!
Susan is a wonderful person inside and out. She is always upbeat and brings lightness to sometimes difficult situations but in a respectful way. She is very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. The BEST process works if you allow it to and follow the simple, yet profound homework exercises Susan gives out. I highly recommend Susan and BEST for anyone considering it.

I've been aware that those patterns can be demonstrated as tight muscles, dysfunctional organs or glands, and emotional or depression-type reactions.
