My dell vostro has been acting up the last few days, so I came in to have it checked out. I spent maybe about an hour or so there while it was checked out. The guy that runs the shop is super super friendly. I had to bring my one year old with me and while we waiting for some diagnostics testing that he was doing on my computer he went and grabbed some saltine crackers for the baby. We also spent some time talking about our mutual interest in cars for a bit Professionally wise, he very clearly knew his stuff and was able to troubleshoot the two issues I was having. I'll definetly be coming here for all my computer needs in the future, and I'd recommend this for anyone else as well. I felt valued not only as a customer, but a person as well

My computer locked up with a congig system error and it could not self repair. I dropped off my computer and picked it up later in the day on a Saturday. He reinstalled operating system and computer works again. Great WVC location for Westside clients.

Did a great job at replacing the DC port on our laptop. He gotten part in and fixed it within a couple days, as all of the other companies quoted the time to fix it in weeks and months. Nice guy and good prices.
