Terrible customer service, the price is terrible, and you must call 45 min in advance to pick up a vehicle because there is no one stationed at their yards.Service: Vehicle wrecking
Tango Auto and Towing LLC #3 need urgent customer service training. Called the number on the Impound Vehicle search, they did not answer for a whole day. Googled other numbers and after 2 more they finally answered. Asked him for a total of fees since we need to request the right amount for a check to be written for them or to get an exact cash total, he was not willing to help at all, said he's not in his office to get the total and very rudely asked "You don't have a calculator or what?". I kindly asked what time he would be in to get a total and he said that he was not going to do that and to call back if we wanted but he wouldn't be helping. :/ I understand ya'll...read full review
The man who answers the phone number listed (maybe the owner) is a huge piece of work if you can even get him to answer. He was confused, angry and unpleasant. The woman who actually helped us was great.Service: Vehicle wrecking
