Visited about a month ago. The chiropractor was good, but the receptionist had bad vibes. Complained a few times about being ready to leave, unfriendly, and acted like that grumpy girl from Parks and Rec. After, I said I’d need to check with my spouse before signing up for their subscription service and that he was outside. She grumpily said, “Well, we close in 30 minutes.” I left and won’t go back to that location unfortunately. Based off of other reviews this is a reoccurring issue, so hopefully they make some changes.
I went in to have a new pain I have never had assessed to see if they could help me. They did not hardly listen to me or look at the area I was talking about. The only explanation they could give me is that I had not gone here every 2 weeks for the last 5 years. This pain is 3 days old. They did not give me any information on what could be the cause. The only information offered up was that I had not been to the joint and thats why I have pain. It just felt like an extreme lack of knowledge, or maybe just a lack of caring to give any kind of insight on my pain besides come here. I started The Joint Chiropractic with massive pain in my neck and taking narcotic pain medication. Now I’m pain free and feel much better. Most of the Doctor’s of Chiropractic’s here are very professional.
