My phone was broken and the back up was somehow corrupted so I was unable to restore my new phone. I was absolutely devastated. I had just lost over a decades worth of priceless photos. I had quite literally given up hope but held onto the phone. Nearly a year later, Rob hit me up and said he may have a solution for me. He was able to facilitate repairs to the motherboard and get the phone to turn on!!! I am beyond grateful for the service and honestly, the friendship he's provided me. I was able to meet and chat with Casey as well and I will tell anyone who listens what a great pair they are. I undoubtedly will use them exclusively for any/all help I will ever need on my Apple devices. I love you guys! I appreciate you! And I cherish the help you've given to me!
