Rob was absolutely great to work with. My car died and needed to be towed, but I also had to get out of town. So he picked up my car without me even being there. He called me at each step of the way, including dropping it off at the dealership, leaving the keys, and filling out the key drop off envelope. Thank you Rob, I really appreciate your service!
Rented the smaller motorcycle trailer to move a motorized wheel chair. It was perfect for the job. Wish renters had more of these smaller trailers. This was my second rental from them. I'll go there again.
Had a great experience renting an enclosed u-haul from Pendleton. They got the trailer prepped for rent quick after it just got returned, made sure all the paperwork was right and even found a couple places to save us a few dollars in the U-Haul system
