“I went in for a scheduled appointment for a nail fill on Saturday at 3:00 pm. Julie is the girl who did my nails. The whole time she was doing my nails, she talked on the phone to one of her friends/family. This morning, all of the nail polish on my one of my fingers on the left hand side was lifted up off the nail. I have fingernail polish on my skin around some, not all of my nails. This was the absolute worst nail fill I have ever had in my life. Julie was rude by being on the phone and she was obviously more into her phone conversation than she was in filling my nails. I will never go there again. There are many better places where you get good customer service and they do a good job.

After leaving this review and a phone call at Ryan’s Nails, Julie immediately called me and made an appointment for me to go in and have my nails repaired. To my surprise, she removed the polish on every nail and repainted them all. Julie apologized profusely about the polish lifting on my nails. She told me that she takes pride in her work and will be happy to repair a nail at any time. I appreciated her being so willing to repair my nails. I would definitely go back to Julie again now. She was extremely sweet and did an excellent job with the repairs.“

“I am a boy mom and my husband and sons took me for a mother's day gift. We made an appointment. They were very prepared. They did a wonderful job on all of us. I had a 10 year old that did not want any color. They were great with him. And my 13 year old chose color and he really enjoyed the whole experience. They rarely answer the phone and front staff rarely knows what they are doing, and y big complaint is you CANT make your next appointment!!!,you have to wait and call them in a month and they rarely answer the phone.. their computers don't allow you to make an appt 6 weeks out. This is poor business, but the students do a great job, price is right, senior discounts and now my husband goes to TA.“
