I found JRWH after some disappointment from a prior clinic. I valued that they highlight a more comprehensive approach to women's health, and mentioned PCOS and insulin resistance by name, which I deal with. Both of the receptionists were very kind, as well as the nurse, Ingrid. I visited with Le-Hai Austin and she was absolutely incredible, and made what is not the most fun medical visit a very good experience. She had a medical student accompanying her, and the student was the one who did most of the physical aspects of the exam while Le-Hai was supervising and asking me questions. I saw Le-Hai Austin today, she is such a great person. I had to find a new doctor as mine have retired. Im glad I got Le-Hai she was so compassionate and kept me comfortable the whole time. I will be coming back yearly now!
I truly can’t express how much I appreciate the care I’ve received from Le-Hai Austin (and Dr. Nippart). After seeing her, I realized how inadequate my previous experiences with other gynecologists had been. She listens, takes concerns seriously, and genuinely makes you feel cared for.
If she recommends a pelvic floor specialist, I highly encourage you to follow through—it was life-changing for me.
