I needed a new PCP because mine was no longer in network. The scheduler said they were accepting new patients but she had to gather information about me to decide whether or not I was a good fit. I don't know what their criteria was but the scheduler was insensitive and chuckling as I answered everything the best I could on the spot. They asked for my prescription names and other doctors that I've been seeing all without confirming that I'd become their patient. The office hours say open at 8. We call and it says they are closed. We cant get someone to answer until 9. We show up on time to appt, NO ONE ELSE is waiting, we've been sitting here for 20 minutes. I ask the receptionists how long it'll take, they say "oh soon". Quite frustrating. HOWEVER, Dr Hawkins is easy to talk to and you feel safe expressing yourself to him. He likes to lightly joke to keep a positive vibe but he takes what you say serious of course.

I love this office and Dr. Hawkins! He has the best bedside manner and is all around a great doctor. He spent a lot of time with me and listened to all of my concerns. He is very thorough. The office staff is great and very kind. I have never had any problems with them. 5 stars all around!
