Just got 16 windows installed a few years ago, I went through the house prior to installation on a cold day and took internal and external temps on my 20 year old double pane windows to see if they would make a difference. I went through again and found that in these freezing temperatures my old windows were about a 5 to 10 degree difference from the rest of my walls. These windows are only a 2 degree difference. Multiply that by the square footage of all the 40 windows combined and It really adds up. they block out the suns radiant heat and have saved money on my ac bills too. Windows look great and function way better than my old aluminum windows. Installers did a great job, and cleaned up everything after finished. They went the extra mile and delivered above and beyond expectations. Very happy with windows and the install work. Would use again.
Updated my update…Finally had the window pane replaced. 2 yr wait for a 25 min fix. Devon is actually a great guy and I appreciate his service.8/15/23 Updated my original 5 stars down to 2 stars. Still waiting on warrenty work on 1 window. Initial warranty repair inquiry 7/30/21. Stupid me purchased a second set of windows from them (we did our house in two stages) under the assumption that my window would be repaired during the install of new windows. Nope. I dislike leaving bad reviews but maybe they’ll follow through with this email… from 3/23/23So this got over looked.
