Truly some of the best customer service.We ordered my daughter some glasses.. it went longer than we were told so we called in to see what was up. They tracked it down and discovered there was a weird situation .. and they were just going to reorder the glasses… fast forward another 20 mins and they find out that pair is actually discontinued!!We came and picked a pair of glasses to exchange them with and got them ordered. The glasses got here quickly and without issue. Every time we have had to talk to them they were very understanding of the annoyance this caused but were ready to help. I’m so glad we went with them!!
