I am extremely please with All Utah Plumbing Heating, especially their worker Walter. Yesterday we had a water heater emergency. We found water all over the floor and thought our water heater broke again. We were upset! We thought, “How could this happen? We just got a new one 3 and 1/2 years ago.” I called the number (conveniently left on the water heater) and got a hold of someone 20 minutes before the work day was done. They took my info, including the serial number of the water heater. The representative was quite useful and said they’d do research and contact the water heater company who made the product (AO Smith proline). I certainly felt supported.

Walter and CJ did a Fantastic job installing our new water heater. They were prompt, personable and professional. Walter reviewed the work that was completed and touched on the warranties in place.
John provided excellent service to clean an exhaust fan and get it in working order again. He also tuned up my furnace for a reasonable cost. He did quick and thorough work and was very personable. Highly recommend.
