Elise Tree Service
“I like to review companies for phenomenal service. Im a disabled veteran and he made sure I was well taken care of. I just cant say enough about them from start to finish. Great communication about time to come out for a quote, to when he was here he explained every detail of what will happen. When I got the quote the pricing was excellent, and quite fair. The quote included all details of what will be done with a picture of area. There was no hidden stuff that makes you scratch your head. I knew what was involved before I clicked ok. When scheduling was happening we were at the mercy of the weather when the remnants of that hurricane came thru, but it was easy to contact him. The response time was great, and we even had a failed delivery from a text he sent but took a screen shot to show what happened. He was worried because it added a little time before communication, but nothing that was serious. I honestly wasnt stressed because i had two numbers for him, and we already talked. Yet it just showed his attention to detail, and to make sure i was aware. I also had every question or concern easily handled and promptly. When the day came for work they were efficient, and thorough. The trimming back was incredible, and the yard looks a thousand times better around house. They cleaned up everything, and even grabbed some foliage from a bush that we took out. He did that just because. The little things like that show the respect and caring of their customer service. Then they began to cut the dead tree down out front, and cleaned that all up to the point my yard looked new. The tree was close to my porch roof, and they took down with zero issue. I actually didnt realize it was gone when i stepped outside because it looked like it was never there. The attention to detail of cleanup and trimming was incredible, and I was more than pleased. He made sure every detail was handled, and reported any issues. I was lucky I got to it before I had shingle damage from some rubbing. The branches was just starting to rub where I would need to replace some shingles he said. I quickly learned a lesson to not let tree trimming get away from you because it can do some damage. So, I totally recommend Elise Tree Service. I believe it was 6 trees trimmed and 1 dead tree that was at least 25ft tall removed with ease. Also on a side note he was a really nice guy and easy to talk too. I like to babble and chat to much probably, but his personality was fun and felt at ease from start to finish. I know it was a service being provided but after a few chats the friendliness and fun banter was a bonus. The art of communication is hard to find, and its just a side note for those that like that sort of thing. I like to build a rapport for future hiring when needed and to hopefully pass on future work thru word of mouth. Wish I could give a bonus star.”
