There were some problems with an order I had placed on a desk and the assembly that was also ordered. Rather than trying to satisfy me by doing the bare minimum of checking on the history of what was the status of my desk and assembly, he put in as much time as it would take to track down the order, watch the video of my purchase to make sure that all information had been entered in correctly and then called Apollo, waiting on the phone for some time, to get the correct answers as to why my desk had not been assembled as originally scheduled. He found all the answers. He did everything to my satisfaction. I rarely see this kind of customer service. He is an awesome representative of the company and I would ask for him and recommend him to anyone going into the Bountiful store.
