Had our furnace go out and I called so many places desperate for some help. These guys squeezed us in so we didn't freeze with our kids for another night. They were so kind, friendly, and fast. Got to the bottom of the issue so quick and educated me on the issue and how they fixed it! I will definitely be going to them for any help in the future. Price was totally reasonable as well, paid exactly what we expected to pay!
It’s hard to find an HVAC company in the valley that is trustworthy and professional. Mountain Valley is amazing. We called them for an issue with our heater leaking condensation and they compassionately insisted we replace our older heater for safety reasons. Money is tight and they worked with our budget and were timely and professional. They even let us borrow some space heaters to keep us comfortable over the weekend when we had no heat in our home. Jaycee at the front desk is so sweet and communicative and Camden, Braden, and Kyle are all top notch technicians. It’s safe to say we will be calling them for all our future HVAC needs. Technician that came out for our AC repair was very fair and found quick fix. He was so quick, he was able to do our AC and Heater tuneups as well. Great job and honest. Will use them a third time
