They take such care, even by bringing in the hoses as to take care not to scuff or damage the baseboards. They are very thorough from beginning to end. Listen to all the concerns I have and make sure what I need is provided. I had a cat urine spot that would not lift and they made sure the proper enzyme care was taken. My carpets haven't been cleaner! Thank you!
