John provided the estimate. He was thorough and even emailed a video on the roof of exactly what needed to be fixed.

We are absolutely delighted that John arrived to check our roof. The troubleshooting, estimate and follow up were beyond expectations, as we faced an uncertain source of a leak. John was prompt with communication via text, appointments were kept, final cause of leak was ultimately repaired using a plumber. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I was, how honestly & transparently Rio Roofing treated us, keeping expense to a minimum.
