Mehr’s was the third quote I solicited to repair our Martin door. Some inconvenience to get three bids, but in the end was worth it because not only was there significant economic payback, but because I know who to call going forward. The first vendor wanted to replace the opener. The second vendor (name is at the top of the alphabet) wanted to replace the springs (claimed they were undersized and wound too tight for the door) and the reason it wouldn’t close. The custom springs the tech said needed to be ordered would take 3-4 weeks to manufacture. So I’ve got to live with the issue for another month?
