Brian Healy provided a very thorough home inspection before the purchase. Detailed explanations in the inspection document were supplemented by numerous photos of each part of the house. It was so beneficial to have a walk-through visit with him to see areas needing attention, as well as evidence of good care and construction throughout the property.
