Where to begin! My experiences at Free Will Healing have been nothing short of extraordinary since I had my first visit with Tina. She showed me such tremendous kindness and truly helped me seek within and discover how to heal and love myself. I attended Laura’s Soundbath/Lori’s Breathwork session at Free Will Healing- wow!!! It was a life-changing experience.
A breathwork session involves using conscious breathing techniques to access deep states of relaxation, release tension and trauma, and enhance physical and emotional well-being.
I experienced sensations such as tingling and warmth as I oxygenated my body and release stored emotions and blockages.
