Never thought I could get such a great haircut at a “value” salon.
Sofia at the Washington City Fantastic Sam’s was particularly fantastic.
As a walk-in I didn’t have much in the way of expectations but was desperate for a ‘trim’.
She accommodated me in a timely manner and then took great care in setting and meeting expectations.
