They are the best! Office person was very professional and helpful over the phone. They got me on the schedule fast, our technician was polite professional they even wear shoe covers to enter my home very thoughtful of them. They gave me options to repair my heater and get it up and running. now I could stay warm in this cold weather ⛈️?️ Thank you ? HIGHLY recommended!Services: HVAC system repair

I had Dixie Heating and Air replace my entire AC unit about 5 years ago, and they were fabulous! They were there very quickly and helped me through every step of the process and had my new AC running in no time. My wife and I talked about how we found a company for life. But about 2 weeks ago it started shorting out (that's just fine, things get old, I understand completely). I called them and they came 2 days later to look at it. The technician fixed some wiring that appeared to be the problem and left. We paid the bill and two days later it stopped working again. I called that evening and left a message. We never heard back.
