We have been so impressed with Cole West in St. George! From the first time we looked at homes to the sale and beyond, they have all been so professional and helpful. You will not find a nicer home for the price; we looked at several and nothing compares to their quality, their service, the level of communication, and the home itself. Their processes were simple and clear, the walk through was thorough, and they were all so kind. The amenities are incredible and the finishes in the home can’t be beat.

I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. A high end home without the high price point is all you could want.

We found a Cole West add in a magazine while we were in Park City and decided to check it out on our way back home to Las Vegas. As soon as we drove through the subdivision we knew it was where we wanted to be.

We bought a home from Cole West in the Brio Subdivision. Overall, the build quality and finishes are really good. We are happy with our home and the work that they did. You might be wondering, why not 5 stars then?

Well, we did have one major issue. We discovered after living in our home for 2.5 years and high utility bills that our attic never had the insulation blown in. Not sure how this can possibly happen as the insulation is something the city is supposed to sign off on before a C of O can be issued. Obviously, some procedure wasn't followed, and it got signed off without checking.
