Best thing I've ever done was immediately sign up for pest control service as soon as I finished building my house--I've lived there for over 3 years now and was just down in the crawl space last week and not only are there no spiders or bugs, there aren't even spider webs. Carl is great! He lets us know when he will be by and also gives us a detailed run down of what was done. He also makes sure our fur babies are taken care of. If special knowledge is important for the service is done he makes sure we know. If we start seeing the occasional critter (spider) I know a visit is coming up soon.
