“Update : Bumping my rating to a 5. The treatment to eliminate he ants is working. Worth the $300 I was previously questioning, I just don't think I have enough of an issue to subscribe to a continuous plan. Time will tell. After a bit over 2 week the ants in the house are definitely reduced but not totally eliminated. The company reached out by text to see how things were going. I requested a second treatment and the reply I got back was that Brandon, the tech was in my area and would be right over. Again Brandon was awesome and even treated some other areas on the property that I brought up. Still not a fan of the automation when initially calling but it seems to work for them. Pickett Pest Control is ever attentive and provides a great service and awesome customer service.

2 reasons I'm rating Pickett Pest Control a 4 .
1. I was turned off by the so much automation before getting to talk to a real person. Not sure why it's so hard for a business to just answer the phone. In fact I just hung up and was going to call some else later but they called me back about 20 minutes later.
2. For one treatment with a 90 guarantee the price is $300. A little steep in my opinion. If in fact it eliminates the ants I have, I may come back and up the ranking.

The technician that came to do the assessment and initial treatment was very professional and took the time to explain everything very well. Please with the service. I hope the ants find another place to go.“

The clover mites were dead after one treatment when Omega came on this vexing problem. How do you thank someone for saving your sanity as I was so frustrated no company could solve this issue.
