I had the unusual situation in which my car broke down as I was towing a raft for a weeklong trip on the Green River. I had to leave my car and have Bob's Towing come get it--without me there and without being able to communicate with me. The process could not have gone more smoothly. The communication leading up to the tow was excellent and I was so pleased with the service that I'm looking to have them do a long distance tow for me. Can't recommend them enough. Things like this can be stressful and they were so professional that it wasn't!

This gentleman and his son came through when other folks couldn't ! Very personable, he confirmed his approximate time frame to complete the tow with me. I had tried several others including via AAA which were unsuccessful in assisting me in a situation where my car was disabled out in the middle of the desert! I cannot say enough about how pleased I was to be reunited with my vehicle which arrived safely to my doorstep.

Besides, they charge a lot, they take your car keys and make you wait until they want to return with them and they don't even offer you a place to sit, they take you out of the office and leave, just as their time is valuable, so is mine.
