I used Rupp's waste containers for a house remodel and found them easy to contact and easy to get the dumpster emptied when finished. We had a bit of glitch on billing on the back end, but I was able to call and get it taken care of no problem. I would use again.
We just wanted to give a shout out to Shawn.
He recently delivered a load of sand/gravel to our property and did an outstanding job. He communicated with us throughout the process to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. He even went the extra mile by coming back to spread the material out better so it met our expectations.
We truly appreciate Shawn's professionalism, excellent communication, and willingness to go above and beyond. It's rare to see that level of customer service.
They have always accommodated the local tribe (Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation) with our annual Memorial Day clean up weeks at our tribal cemetery. Great folks to work with. ?-Hunter Timbimboo
