I really enjoyed all of the classes I've attended so far! All of the instructions are so nice and accommodating to beginners. They offer different modifications for all levels. I will most definitely be back!
Beautiful facility to take a great yoga class and feel peaceful while sweating it up! Clean, well-managed, and a jewel for Tooele since there's nothing really like it around! The owners are wonderful people to top it off. If you're on the fence, make the leap and take a class, THEN book a reiki session for later, you won't regret it- what an amazing experience.
