The younger male receptionist was very helpful . I wanted matte Ombre blue tip nails with design.I knew it would be pricey 60- 80 $. He was So helpful picking the right blue color & nail tch helpful picking shade of Ombre & coffin shape. The nail tech was kind professional & paid attention to detail. She followed the pic for the design. Excellent skills friendly . I had help with 5 types of stickers to pick from happy to have a nail tch who listened well & paid attention to detail. Sometimes the female manager wants to add 10 $ more for my total that is Disappointing . I'm set on what i want I don't let people change my mind i'm I try to be reasonable.
The space is nice and inviting, however the tech I had did not listen to me when i explained what I wanted, a simple French tip turned into something I left crying in my car about. Did I get the manager involved? No I did not want to seem problematic and get anyone in trouble but I’m not happy with my mani pedi services at all.
