I used this office for my taxes for several years and stopped because they could never keep my information from my sons; same first and last name, different middle name, social, and address. Different business, ages, marital status and dependants etc...I got tired of having to constantly correct them.Then last week an IRS notice intended for my son ended up at a rental property I own. They forgot to file my wife’s taxes so she got almost 100 less, and then the irs is charging her another 78 for the mistake THEY MADE don’t go here for your taxes. I had gotten mine filed and got charged for the same thing, they wouldn’t make it right for us and tried to blame us for the mistake, what a joke!

Gave them all my w2s at once, they forgot to file one at the same time and now I’m getting almost 100 dollars less just because they did not do their job correctly? Sorry but definitely not coming back.
