“I'm totally impressed with the customer service. I had called because I needed an arrangement immediately. I got the voicemail but didn't leave a message as they were not open yet. It was Christmas Eve. I'm sure my name and number was on caller ID. The young lady called me back and asked if she could help me. I told her my situation and I needed flowers right away. She came through for me!!! My sister got her birthday flowers on Christmas Eve, just like I wanted. I'm impressed with how far they would go for customer service. My sister loves their shop but I have never been there, however I am impressed!!!“
