He quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything handled without any hassle. We really appreciate how fast he came out to help with our plumbing problems, especially when we needed it urgently. Our water heater died and leaked everywhere on Tuesday. We called three plumbing companies and heard nothing by Wednesday. A friend recommended Abbott Plumbing and I am BEYOND impressed!!! I called yesterday and had a new water heater installed and working by 9:00am today. The tech was clean and efficient, very appreciated, especially with having water damage to deal with. We will use them from here out and refer them to everyone.
My Home Warranty gave me Abbott Plumbing‘s phone number. They came out to my house. Got the photos submitted into the Home Warranty. Home Warranty approved it. I had my hot water heater within five working days. The lady on the phone was very nice professional sometimes it’s not easy to work with these Home Warranty companies they’re slow and people seem to take it out on the plumbers. They’re just doing their job. Desiree kept me informed of everything that was going on and when it would happen, very pleased with the service.
