This team was fantastic! We were moving into a new house and they cleaned the carpets before furniture was moved in. The carpet was so much cleaner!! I really appreciate the high level of communication about availability and arrival time. Everyone on the team was courteous. They were very diligent about protecting the wall corners while they cleaned and getting as much water out of the carpet as possible to speed up drying time. I felt like they went above and beyond to give me a good experience and I will definitely be calling them again!

We had United come and clean two rooms for us today. One room’s carpet had some residue on it from carpet tape that wouldn’t come up, even after another company tried. United got it out and the carpet looks brand new. We are so happy with the end results in both rooms. We will definitely be using them in the future!
