These guys did great work in diagnosing and repairing a problem caused by the original installer of my furnace just over a year ago. We kept getting intermittent fault codes that would shut everything down for 3 hours at a time while the system reset while at the same time the house would get colder and colder. We woke up many times to a home in the mid to low 60s when it should have been 72. The technician found several settings that were not correct on the furnace and thermostat done by the original installation by a competitor as well as notified us that our BBQ and cooler outside were partially blocking the exhaust vent and could contribute to our problem.
