Wait list isn't accurate. I checked in online and made it well before the estimated wait time said only to find out that the wait time is actually 39 minutes and there are two names ahead of me.

Honestly love this place. The Syracuse location in particular with a special shout out to Chris. Everyone there is always friendly and welcoming and Chris goes the extra mile to ensure my hair is the particular way I like it. Much appreciation to everyone there! I’ll definitely continue to have my hair cut there.

I've gotten my hair cut here for years and years now. I like the facility but I don't get why they're still wearing masks, at this point it makes you uneasy when someone wears a mask because it signifies they're sick. So are the entire staff at this location sick? If so I'd rather not go here anymore
