I’ve been coming here for years and every single experience with the people that work at the front desk has been horrible. They have terrible terrible attitudes and are not only impatient but short and extremely rude. Working in the medical field requires a kind person, their job is literally to help people and take care of them. Rude and disrespectful people don’t belong in health care and they need to seriously up their game with their customer service.

I've been to this Optometrist once, as I usually go to an ophthalmologist up at the hospital He was good and tge only complaint I have is he seems to be booked out, no quick appointments and I am bad at waiting.The optician is WONDERFUL. She helped me pick the perfect frames for me. I get compliments all of the time. She also had patience which is greatly appreciated. Im not a difficult customer, I dont think, but am indecisive! Some find this frustrating.

As a person that wears Rx glasses I came here looking for a new set as well as sun glasses that are offered on my ins. This year and was treated almost as if I was an inconvenience to the girl working . She was not helpful at all and had the worst attitude. Sorry to interrupt you're facebook session at work lady !!! NOT SORRY you should at least get outta you're chair to help a "PAYING" customer. Ir heres a thought if you're gonna be on facebook be marketing for the company and at least have a decent excuse for part of the behavior the other part... the being ignorant to a stranger there is no training for that and it costs companies significant amounts of money.- best...read full review
